Engineering roles with site time, not just drawing time

We are a small team, so everybody's work reaches a plant floor. If you want to design something and then never see it built, this is the wrong place.

What we are hiring for

  • Dairy Process Engineer

    [PLACEHOLDER] Pune, with project site travel

    Full time3 to 7 years

    Own process flow diagrams, mass and energy balances and equipment sizing for liquid milk and value-added lines, and carry that design through to site.

    What you will do

    • Prepare PFDs, mass and energy balances and equipment duty calculations
    • Size pasteurisation, chilling, CIP and utility systems against the process duty curve
    • Review vendor drawings and offers on a like-for-like technical basis
    • Support commissioning trials and capacity demonstration on site

    What we are looking for

    • B.Tech in Dairy Technology, Food Technology or Mechanical Engineering
    • Hands-on exposure to an operating dairy, not only design office experience
    • Comfortable with mass balance arithmetic and utility sizing from first principles

  • Automation Engineer, PLC & SCADA

    Full time2 to 6 years

    Write control philosophies, PLC logic and SCADA screens for dairy plants, and validate every interlock on site before product runs.

    What you will do

    • Draft control philosophy documents including route matrix and interlock tables
    • Programme PLC sequences for CIP, route control and pasteuriser operation
    • Design SCADA screens for shift operation, alarms and batch reporting
    • Carry out loop checks and recorded interlock validation at site

    What we are looking for

    • B.E. in Instrumentation, Electronics or Electrical Engineering
    • Working knowledge of at least one mainstream industrial PLC and SCADA platform
    • Process plant experience, ideally in dairy, food or beverage

  • Project Engineer, Site Execution

    [PLACEHOLDER] Project sites across India

    Full time4 to 10 years

    Run erection supervision on site: drawings against reality, piping and slope checks, punch list management and commissioning support.

    What you will do

    • Supervise erection against issued layout and piping drawings
    • Check hygienic welds, pipe supports and drain slopes
    • Maintain and close the punch list through to mechanical completion
    • Coordinate civil, utility and equipment vendors on site

    What we are looking for

    • Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Dairy Engineering
    • Demonstrated site execution experience on process plants
    • Willing to be resident at project sites for extended periods
