About the firm

Engineers who stay until the plant runs

The Rising Dairy Food Solutions LLP

The Rising Dairy Food Solutions LLP is a dairy and food process engineering and technical quality firm based in Tiptur, Karnataka. We design plants, specify the equipment that goes into them, supervise the people who build them, and stay on site until they run at rated capacity on product.

We are deliberately engineering-led rather than equipment-led. We do not manufacture tanks or represent a fabricator, and no part of our fee moves with which vendor you choose. That leaves us free to write a specification that serves the process rather than a price list, and it keeps your capital cost visible line by line.

Most of our work is with private dairies, producer companies, district co-operative unions and food processors setting up new capacity or recovering capacity they already paid for. A significant part of it is fixing plants that were bought as a package and never reached the throughput or the shelf life the package promised.

Our 3C policy

Concept, commitment, conclusion

  1. C

    Concept

To innovate dairy engineering standards without compromising global quality standards.

  2. C

    Commitment

To partner actively with customers on strategies for zero-loss processes and zero-defect products in dairy and food.

  3. C

    Conclusion

To create the customer value proposition that lets new business models succeed in a competitive world.

“Cooperation is the key to achieving the best results in engineering and quality.”

How we work

Three habits that shape every project

  • 01

    We start with arithmetic

Mass balance, energy balance and yield modelling come before equipment selection. If a number in our report has no calculation behind it, it does not go in the report.

  • 02

We write the specification you buy against

Material of construction, surface finish, capacity, duty and inspection requirement, written so that every quotation you receive is priced for the same thing.

  • 03

We are on site when it matters

Pre-dispatch inspection, erection supervision, CIP validation and milk trials are attended by the engineers who did the design, not handed to a third party.

How we’re organised

Three disciplines, one accountable team

Every project runs through all three, so process, mechanical and control decisions are made together rather than handed across.

  • Process Engineering

Process design, mass balance and commissioning, from dairy technologists with plant-floor experience across liquid milk and value-added lines.

    • Process design
    • Commissioning
    • Yield and loss control
  • Projects & Utilities

Utility design, layout coordination and site execution by mechanical engineers, from plinth details through to punch-list closure.

    • Utility sizing
    • Layout coordination
    • Erection supervision
  • Automation & Instrumentation

Control philosophy, PLC and SCADA engineering, and the validation records the plant is audited against.

Credentials

What we can be held to

  • LLP registered in India

Registered as a limited liability partnership. LLPIN and GSTIN are published in the site footer.

  • FSSAI-aligned design practice

Plant layouts, hygienic zoning and record-keeping designed against FSSAI requirements and the documentation customers and institutional buyers audit for.

  • Independent of equipment supply

No manufacturing arm, no vendor commission. Equipment recommendations are made on specification and demonstrated dairy references.

  • Measurement-based auditing

Energy and process audits are instrumented on live shifts, with a stated measurement and verification method for every claimed saving.

Send us the capacity and the product basket

You will get a considered technical reply from an engineer, not a brochure.
